Car Repair at Local Garage: Stingray AC and Belt Replacement

At 4 p.m., we took the Stingray car to a garage in town to investigate a noise coming from the vehicle, especially noticeable when using the air conditioning (AC).
The technician inspected the car and advised that the AC adjuster needed replacing, along with two belts. When asked about the severity of the issue, he explained that if left unattended, the problem would worsen over time. Currently, the repair involved simply replacing these parts, which would take about one hour — time we could wait. However, if not fixed promptly, it could lead to more extensive repairs requiring the engine to be lifted out, which would be much more time-consuming.
We agreed to proceed with the repair immediately and waited at the garage. The total cost for parts was 100,000, with an additional 5,000 for labour.
The technician replaced the parts, took the car for a test drive, and then returned it to us in good working order.
Summary: Had the Stingray AC adjuster and two belts replaced to fix a noise issue. Repair completed in about an hour with a test drive confirming all was well.
