Visit to Harikanan Printers for Card Amendments

On Tuesday, 19th August 2025, we visited Harikanan Printers to make the necessary amendments to the two card designs. The main task was to insert the correct QR codes, which had been generated separately for each respective card. Once the adjustments were completed, we emphasized the need to obtain the updated proofs before proceeding with the final print run.
The proofs were reviewed and agreed upon, after which we requested that 100 cards of each design be printed, with collection arranged after 3:00 pm. Later in the afternoon, we received a call from the printers confirming that the cards were ready, and we collected them at 4:00 pm.
This process ensured accuracy and avoided any errors before production began.
