Sponsored Healthy Dinner for Night Class Students
The Lions Club of Vaddukoddai, with the generous sponsorship of Lion Ravisangar, once again demonstrated its commitment to education and community service by providing a nutritious dinner for the students attending the Night School operated by GS Sivaroopan. This Night School, a remarkable initiative running successfully for over two decades, has created valuable opportunities for children who, due to various challenges, are unable to receive adequate academic support during the day. By attending classes in the evening, these students are able to continue their studies, strengthen their knowledge, and improve their future prospects.
Understanding that proper nutrition plays a vital role in learning, the Lions Club organised a wholesome and balanced meal for the students, ensuring they had the energy and concentration needed to participate fully in their lessons. The students and staff warmly expressed their gratitude for this thoughtful act. Initiatives like this highlight the Lions Club’s dedication not only to supporting education but also to enhancing the overall wellbeing of the youth in the community.
