Visit to Pradeshiya Sabha Vaddokoddai Office

Attended the Pradeshiya Sabha Vaddokoddai Office to meet the Revenue Officer for a progress update on our Solai Vari application. The officer was not available at the time, but other colleagues in the office assisted us.
We explained that we had last visited on 4th August 2025 to submit our application and were advised the valuation process would take about one month. After checking her files, the officer confirmed that the report had been sent to the valuation department on 14th August 2025 under file reference 2025/76.
To get a direct update, we were given the valuation department’s number by another colleague. At 12.05pm, we spoke to Sususi, who informed us that Puvendran was handling the application and it would take another 3–4 days to complete.
We are hopeful this will be finalised by at least 12th September 2025 and made a note to follow up with a call on that date. After this, we left the Pradeshiya Sabha office.
