Payment Arrangement and Funding Discussion with Angkaran and Inthusai Thamilan

As arranged, Angkaran came with Inthusai Thamilan at 8 p.m. to collect payment for the English classes held at Bharathy Pre-School for the teaching months of June and July.
We completed the new monthly payment form before transferring the amounts to the Bharathy Kalaimanram account: Rs. 23,300 for June and Rs. 18,350 for July.
Additionally, Kirusha has started teaching English, with a rate of Rs. 300 per hour.
We also filled out a payment form for photography and live streaming of the Bharathy Kalaimanram Cultural Event Program. It was agreed that the total amount of Rs. 50,000—comprising Rs. 10,000 for photography and Rs. 40,000 for live streaming—would be paid in a few weeks’ time.
We further discussed the ongoing issue of the funding request for the Bharathy annual school trip. It has been decided that unless Ravi receives a formal request letter from Bharathy Kalaimanram, he will be unable to provide assistance. However, they stated they would not issue such a letter, as they believe it is the responsibility of the Parents Association to arrange funding for the trip.
Summary: Coordinated payments for English classes and cultural event services, completed necessary paperwork, agreed on forthcoming payments, and clarified the stance on funding requests for the annual school trip.
